Tonight we welcome Andrew Van Gorp and Sustain DuPage which lives sustainability culture every day in DuPage County. They have five mission projects that help to live out this daily vision: the Churchill Woods Protectors, the LIFE Atlas, the Artist Collective, the Victory Garden, and the EC3. Come learn more about the projects of this nonprofit which WDCB news described as, “expanding the scope of environmentalism” in DuPage!”
Andrew is a born-and-raised DuPager. He grew up in the DuPage River Valley between the East and West Branches of the DuPage River in Glen Ellyn. Andrew has always had a love for the ecosystems we share. He achieved a BA in Sustainable Community Development with a focus in Native American Studies and Sustainable Agriculture in 2013. He has since founded the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Sustain DuPage.
