Greater DuPage Chapter Event

Pat Armstrong, our VP and former Morton Arboretum teacher will narrate a slide presentation created by Carol Rice who has graciously shared this program across all the Wild Ones chapters in the nation.

Sedges may seem like grass, but grass is a single blade and sedges have two sides which make a V-shaped profile.  They are generally more diminutive than our native forbs, which can make them good choices for your borders and they can often help in rain gardens.

Come learn about the world of sedges tonight!

Park free in the garage’s lower level.
