Pat Armstrong, owner of Prairie Sun Consultants offers a 2 hour evaluation for $200.00 to identify the plants in your yard including what weeds you need to get rid of and what good native plants you have. She can offer suggestions, where to get native plants, lists of native plants for prairie, woods, ground covers, rain gardens, edible plants, plants for birds, butterflies and other wildlife. She does NOT do formal designs, she recommends Good Natured Landscapes LLC if you are interested in this service. She does not offer services for installations.

They will even come out to your house to give you some initial advice free of charge and if you are interested you can work on certifying your yard through the program and get a sign to display in your yard.
